Why soy wax?
Soy wax is non-toxic making it better both for the environment and your health! Unlike paraffin wax, which gives off black soot when burned, soy wax burns cleaner.
How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping takes 3-5 businesses days, however, depending on your location this time can vary.
My candle broke during shipping, can I get a new one?
Yes, we understand accidents happen and will happily replace any candles broken during deliver. Please reach out to us via email or direct message if this occurs.
Do you do private label/custom scents?
Yes, we are really excited to offer this, however, there is a minimum order requirement for custom scents.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, we can only ship to the US and Virgin Islands (US).
Can I pay using Venmo?
Yes, we accept orders via direct message and Venmo. If you are interested in placing an order reach out to us directly.
How long do candles burn for?
Depending on the size you can expect about 50hours of burn time for the 8oz and 80hours of burn time for the 16oz.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, for orders of 2 or more candles you are eligible for free shipping!
